Canada has changed in the last decade, and we need to work together to take our country back.

When elected, Tara will work to:

• Create a more transparent and responsive House of Commons by supporting legislative reforms that encourage parliamentarians to act more independently on behalf of their constituents.

• Build an electoral system that ensures every vote counts equally by pursuing electoral reform and a proportional voting system.

• Create good, local jobs by investing in the green economy and supporting local small businesses that prioritize sustainability. 

• Guarantee that money is never a barrier to quality health care by pushing for an inclusive national pharmacare plan.

• Reduce economic inequality by closing offshore tax loopholes and requiring the wealthiest among us to pay their fair share.

Tara Howse is gathering votes from people of all political stripes, and with momentum on her side it's looking very good for a Green win here in South Okanagan—West Kootenay.
